If you\u2019re asking what\u2019s the difference between decals and stickers, you\u2019re probably looking to buy one. The trick is figuring out which one is right for you. Decals and stickers are very similar. Oftentimes, they are used interchangeably. Decals, stickers, and labels are all comprised of two layers: a paper backing and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is placed on the paper backing (usually some form of wax paper or something equivalent) and the design is printed on the front of the adhesive layer. Stickers are typically used for small format advertising. They are typically applied to smooth surfaces and can be easily removed.
